Hi, I'm Shrishti Jain, a senior full-stack marketer in Bengaluru. I do the whole job, not one slice of it: positioning, messaging, content, SEO, lifecycle and launches, plus the reporting that shows whether any of it worked.
My path hasn't been a straight line, and I think that's the point. 8+ years across engineering, presales and marketing: testing telecom software at Vodafone, writing RFPs at Cognizant, then an MBA in marketing and B2B SaaS growth ever since. The technical side never left; it's why I can build the systems, not just brief them.
Lately AI sits in the loop for most of my work. It researches, drafts and tests faster than I can, which leaves me the part I like best: judgement and voice. I'd rather ship one clear idea than ten clever ones.
where i've worked
- Lead a four-person growth team owning SEO and AEO, paid, content, social, website, lifecycle and global field marketing. Marketing sourced $7.2M in pipeline and $2.15M closed-won ARR.
- SEO: organic clicks +260%, average position 33.4 → 12.5, monthly organic visits 3.3× and leads 2.6×; organic sourced $1.9M pipeline and $600K ARR.
- Paid: rebuilt for efficiency. Sessions down 50%, conversions +673%, conversion rate 0.27% → 4.19%.
- Built the answer engine optimization (AEO) program from zero, making AI-assistant referrals a measurable channel.
- Launched AI conversion tools (chatbot, self-assessment) and MCP workflows; on-site conversion +40%. PQLs from the homepage AI prompt box convert to SQOs at 12.5% vs a 7.4% MQL average.
- Run global field marketing across the US, Europe, Middle East, APAC and Australia: $1.8M pipeline, 72 SQOs. Tripled quarterly G2 reviews.
- Led a website rebrand and relaunch; landing-page conversion +35%.
- Built the SEO and content strategy; organic traffic +120% in 18 months and 3× ranking keywords.
- Ran the RFI/RFP lifecycle for Infrastructure Services across 12+ deals worth $6M in contract value.
- Competitive intelligence and market analysis to shape go-to-market by geography and industry.
- Led integration, functional and API testing for VOXI, a cloud-hosted mobile product on AWS for the UK, with zero defect leakage.
Co-coordinated the PR & Admissions Cell: led a 12-person team through admissions for 1,000+ shortlisted candidates across five cities.
Where the engineer in me started: embedded systems, hardware and IoT projects.

after hours
Most evenings belong to the cat, a book, or a rom-com I've already seen four times. I collect things: lipsticks, tickets, playlists, polaroids. Here's what I'm into lately, and what didn't make it into a photo.
Best night out so far

What I'm into today may look different tomorrow. Aren't we all just a museum of the things that made us?

my manifesto
A marketer who is chronically online, has taste, can actually make the thing, speaks AI and tech, and still checks the numbers. In practice:
Every brief starts with a person, not a channel. Once I know who it's for and what they actually care about, the message mostly writes itself.
I live where the audience lives: the feeds, the group chats, the comment sections. It's how I know what's tired, what's next, and what will land this week, not last year.
I don't just brief the work, I make it. Copy, decks, pages, scrappy videos. Taste is knowing what good looks like. Craft is getting it there.
Prompts, workflows, tracking, CMSs, the plumbing behind the funnel. I use AI to move faster and I understand the tech well enough to not need a translator.
Shipping fast is easy. Shipping something you're proud of, on time, with every detail checked, is the job.
A number nobody understands isn't a result. I report what moved, why, and what we'll do next, in words a CEO and an intern both get.
